6.2 more pounds and I will have reached my next goal. I have 41 days until ELF. That's 5 more weigh-ins (technically 6 if I weigh in the day I leave, but I don't know if that will be possible). I want to reach my goal by then, darn it. I'm taking myself back to step one in these upcoming weeks to make sure I do. No more keeping track in my head - I'm writing everything down. Exercise every day - even if it's just some weights or stretching or a walk. And, of course, water water water.
I can do this.
